Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These terms govern use of the Page Capture Chrome extension. By using Page Capture, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Page Capture provides webpage screenshot, preview, editing, history, and export features. Some features are free and some require a one-time Pro purchase. Available features may change as the extension is maintained and improved.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Page Capture only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to capture, store, edit, or distribute content. You must not use the extension to violate privacy, copyright, access controls, applicable law, or the rights of others.

3. Protected content

Page Capture does not guarantee capture of DRM-protected, browser-protected, restricted, or hardware-overlay content and does not provide a method to bypass such protection.

4. Pro purchase

Pro is offered as a one-time purchase for the Google account used during checkout. It is account-linked rather than device-linked. Local pricing, taxes, and supported payment methods are displayed by Stripe at checkout. A valid sign-in and access to the entitlement service are required to activate or restore Pro status.

5. Refunds

If Page Capture Pro does not work as described, contact support with the purchase details. Refund requests will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the payment provider’s rules. When a payment is refunded, the associated Pro entitlement may be revoked.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Page Capture and its entitlement service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Browser, website, operating-system, and third-party service changes may affect functionality.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Page Capture is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not liable for loss caused by misuse, unavailable websites, browser restrictions, deleted local data, or content captured by the user. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the extension or applicable requirements. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
